Student rate sessions via Zoom
In our sessions together, we will explore your dream using a kabbalistic methodology called DreamOpening®, which Shamirah has been studying with Dr. Catherine Shainberg at the School of Images for over a decade.
The DreamOpening® method was developed by Catherine Shainberg, to facilitate the four layers of understanding: pshat, remes, drash and sod, as well as exploring our own dreams through these lenses.

- As an advanced student of SOI, Shamirah is offering these sessions at a “student rate.” Space is limited.
- Clients book sessions in packages of 5, 10, or 15 sessions.
- The base fee is $150 per session. If you sign up for a five session package before June 1 you receive 20% ($150) off.

How to make an appointment
Upon purchase of your package, you will receive a link to Shamirah’s calendar so you can choose a day and time for your consultation.
Appointments are usually available within 2-10 days. Appointments are usually between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday - Eastern Time (ET). If you need to miss a scheduled appointment, you must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, you will be charged an additional $75 to make up the appointment.
What can I expect and how do I get started?
I encourage all my clients to tend to your dreams by keeping a dream journal. In each session, we will explore a recent dream and begin to tap into the inner meaning of your dreams. I generally do not recommend we work with a dream that is more than two weeks in the past unless the client has a detailed written version and still has very clear memories of the details, including texture and color. Most clients continue opening their dream through journaling or talking to a dream partner beyond our formal sessions.
The day before we meet
Please email me a dream at least 24 hours before your session so I can review your dream before we talk. It should be in an editable format, such as a google doc, or in the body of the email. Please review your welcome email for tips on writing your dreams.
On the day we meet
We meet by Zoom: It’s good to make visual contact. If you prefer a zoom where we each call in via phone or turn off video, that is also an option. Recording: You are welcome to record your session for your personal use only.
About your teacher
Kohenet Shamirah Bechirah aka Sarah Chandler is a Brooklyn-based Jewish educator, artist, activist, healer, and poet. An advanced student of Kabbalistic dream work at SOI (The School of Images), she is the CEO of Shamir Collective, as a coach and consultant to high-profile artists and authors to launch new music and books. Shamirah has taught Jewish dreamwork with Kohenet: The Hebrew Priestess Institute, Applied Jewish Spirituality, and Moishe House. She is also an advanced student of Dr. Catherine Shainberg and Rabbi Jill Hammer.
